Refund Policy

 

Since payments made for all licensing and sales purchases are settled automatically between our users, JamPad (“Company” or “Us” or “We” or “Soundstation Private Limited”) cannot, nor will not be responsible for any refunds pertaining to any licensing or sales purchases. JamPad will not be liable or held responsible for any fraudulent payments, fraudulent activity, insufficient funds, any form of unfulfilled payment(s), any losses, or financial and/or non-financial damages due to any payment transactions by the buyers.

JamPad has a no refund policy.  All payments made directly to JamPad are considered final.  As a result, please review your purchase transaction prior to making any payment to JamPad since no refund will be provided.  No refund will be given if the user has violated any of our policies and/or guidelines.  By using JamPad users agree to all these terms and agree to license, sell, and distribute their content and use Beatroute at their own risk.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed. JamPad reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on the availability of the Content for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Content or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. JamPad will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed / refunded into your Account to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days.

While availing of any of the payment method/s offered by JamPad, JamPad shall not be responsible or take any liability of any nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
